Consult the following frequently asked questions any questions you may have regarding your stay at the Hotel Carlos V.

1. Does the hotel have a car park?

We do not have our own car park, but there are two public car parks just 250 metres from the hotel, in an area with no access restrictions, with which we have a collaboration agreement. They are located on Cuesta de los Capuchinos and the price is 16€/day. It is important that you watch the video of how to get to the hotel that you have on our website and that we also send it in all booking confirmations

2. Does the hotel have a hotel-airport transfer service?

We do not have a transfer service to the hotel, but we can arrange a taxi service from the hotel.

3. What time are check-in / check-out?

Check-in time is from 14:00 hrs onwards. We can store your luggage at the hotel reception if you arrive before that time. Check-out is possible until 12:00 hrs. We have a left-luggage office if you wish to leave your luggage there.

4. Is breakfast included?

You have the option of ordering breakfast at the time of booking. If you have not booked breakfast, you can also have it at the hotel by going down to the restaurant directly. Breakfast costs 10 € per person and will be charged directly to the room to be paid on departure.

Breakfast is buffet style and we have products suitable for coeliacs and lactose-free milk. If you are going to need these products please inform us in advance in the comments when booking

5. Do the rooms have a nice view?

The building in which the hotel is located is in the historic centre, so not all the rooms in the hotel have views.

The rooms with the best views are the double rooms with double bed and views.

6. Does the room have a shower?

Some rooms have a shower and others have a bathtub. You can indicate your preference in the comments when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

7. Extra beds and cots.

We do not have extra beds in the hotel, so to stay for 3 people, regardless of whether they are adults or children, it is necessary to book a triple room.

We have cots for babies from 0 to 2 years old. The cot is free of charge and can be requested in the comments when booking.

The maximum number of cots allowed per room is 1. It is not possible to put a baby cot in a triple room or in a single room.

8. Do the rooms have a minibar or fridge?

The rooms have a minibar. The minibar is empty so that you can refrigerate everything you need during your stay with us.

9. Do you have a restaurant?

Our restaurant serves a buffet breakfast every morning and is also open for lunches and dinners for groups of 20 people or more, booked at least 5 days in advance.

In spring, summer and autumn we have our roof terrace open with panoramic views of the city.

10. Does the hotel have a swimming pool?

We do not have a swimming pool.
