1. Does the hotel have a car park?
Hotel Carlos V does not have its own parking, but you will find two public car parks just 250 metres away: Garaje El Alcázar and Indigo Corralillo de San Miguel.

2. Does the hotel have a hotel-airport transfer service?
Hotel Carlos V does not have a transfer service that goes to the hotel, but we can arrange a taxi service from the hotel.
3. What time can I check-in/check-out?
Entry to the rooms of Hotel Carlos V is from 2:00 p.m. We can store your luggage until then at the hotel reception.
Departure can be made until 12:00 p.m. We have a storage room to leave your luggage if you wish.
4. Is breakfast included?
There is the option of booking breakfast at the time of making the booking at Hotel Carlos V. If you do not have it booked you can also have breakfast at the hotel by going down to the restaurant directly. Breakfast costs €12,50 per person and will be charged directly to the room to be paid upon departure.
Breakfast is buffet style and we have products suitable for celiacs and lactose-free milk. If you are going to need these products, please inform us in advance in the comments when making the reservation.
5. Do the rooms have a view?
The building in which Hotel Carlos V is located is located within the historic center, so not all hotel rooms have views.
The rooms that have the best views are the double rooms with a double bed and views.
6. Does the room have a shower?
Some rooms at Hotel Carlos V have a shower and others have a bathtub. You can indicate your preference in the comments when making the reservation. We will do everything possible to accommodate the request.
7. Extra beds and cots.
At Hotel Carlos V we do not have extra beds, so to stay 3 people, regardless of whether they are adults or children, it is necessary to reserve a triple room.
We have cots for babies from 0 to 2 years old. The cot is free and can be requested in the comments when making the reservation.
The maximum number of cots allowed per room is 1.
It is not possible to put a cot in a triple room or in a single room.
8. Do the rooms have a minibar or fridge?
The rooms at Hotel Carlos V have a minibar. The minibar is empty so you can refrigerate everything you need during your stay with us.
9. Do you have a restaurant?
Our restaurant serves a buffet breakfast every morning and is also open for lunch and dinner for groups of 20 or more people hired at least 5 days in advance.
In the spring, summer and autumn season we have our Rooftop open with panoramic views of the city.
