Its style gives its name to Mudéjar Restaurant. It impresses the first time you see it. Celebrities such as Fernando Fernán Gómez, Emma Cohen and Johnny Depp have sat at these tables, and it is the place where breakfast is served every morning.
Lunches and dinners are served for groups of a minimum of 20 people booked at least 5 days in advance and the menus include traditional local cuisine with avant-garde touches.
Maximum capacity for group lunches and dinners: 125 people.
On the fifth floor of Hotel Carlos V is the Azotea de Carlos rooftop, an open space capable of surprising anyone with its views.

You can come relax with a cocktail or taste some of the dishes on our menu. It is open from spring to autumn.
Parking in Toledo, especially in the center, is complicated. Hotel Carlos V does not have its own parking, but there are two nearby parking spaces less than 200 meters from the hotel. If you come by car you can park it right in the historic center of the city. When you make your reservation with us, we will send you instructions to get there.
When you are at Hotel Carlos V, stay connected to the Internet and do not spend your data in the common areas or your room.
At Hotel Carlos V, check-in takes place at 2:00 p.m. and check-out at 12:00 p.m.
If you arrive at the hotel earlier, you can leave your bags at reception.
